H44X (SFCV) series rubber disc check valve mainly consists of three main parts: body, bonnet and rubber disc.
The rubber disc in the valve is made of steel plate, steel rod and reinforced nylon cloth as the substrate, and the outer layer is covered with rubber. The valve disc has a switching life of up to 1 million times. The H44X (SFCV) series rubber disc check valve adopts a full flow area design, which has the characteristics of small head loss, less accumulation of debris, and easy maintenance.
The H44X (SFCV) series rubber disc check valve is mainly suitable for horizontal installation in water supply and drainage systems. It can be installed at the outlet of the water pump to prevent backflow and water hammer damage to the pump. The H44X (SFCV) series rubber disc check valve can also be installed on the bypass pipe of the inlet and outlet pipes of the reservoir to prevent water from flowing back into the water supply system.
Check valves are generally suitable for clean medium and are not suitable for the mediums containing solid particles and high viscosity. The check valve is installed at the outlet of the water pump for shut-off and check purposes.
