Inverted bucket steam trap is the reliable steam trap, which provides efficient condensate drainage of all types of steam-using equipment. It is used inverted bucket to work in a tough metal package with an integral strainer,because they operate efficiently for longer periods of time, it also add solid energy savings to lower replacement/labor costs. All inverted bucket steam traps are repairable for even bigger maintenance savings. A unique leverage system multiplies the force provided by the bucket to open the valve against system pressure. The mechanism is free-floating, and hasno fixed pivots to create wear or friction.
Because the mechanism is located at the top of the trap, no dirt can collecton the orifice. Small particles of dirt are held in suspension until dischargedby the full differential purging action when the bucket sinks, pulling the valveoff the seat.
The discharge orifice is surrounded by a water seal, preventing live steam loss.Automatic air venting is provided by a small vent hole in the bucket, whichprovides continuous automatic air and CO, venting at steam temperature.

3. The valve seat and the spherical valve core are made of hard alloys, which are good sealing, wear-proof, anti-corrosion and durable, no concentrated wear with happen.
4. The action of closing the valve seat hole has the features soft landing because the floating lever mechanism is adopted, thus increasing the service life.
5. The spherical valve core is with good air tightness, it is machined abrasively, and matched with the valve seat on the mechanical device, resistant to water attack. The open bucket structure won’t be damaged by water attack.
