FT44 series level ball float steam trap is able to discharge saturated condensate automatically, quickly and continuously, it is guaranteed that no water will collect in the heating equipment, thus reaching the highest heat exchange efficiency.
The valve core and the valve seat are made of cobalt-chromium-tungsten alloy, which are wear-proof, anti-corrosion and durable. The single valve seat level ball float is ground and sealed with the advanced structure of mobile semicircular sphere, its sealability is excellent. It is applied circular sphere sealing method and no concentrated wear will happen at work, which endows it with long service life, this trap can adjust the openness of the valve seat hole automatically, it is with stable performance and able to work continuously, it won’t be affected by change of of steam pressure.
