ANSI Electric Actuator Driven Cast Steel WCB Flanged Float Type Ball Valve
Product introduction:
A Ball Valve is a shut-off valve that rotates a ball with a bore inside it to permit, restrict, and control the flow of liquids, gases, and vapors in a pipe system. The shaft that connects the ball to the operational and controlling mechanism that rotates the ball is mounted against two seats. The fluid is not allowed to pass through the valve when the cross-section of the bore is perpendicular to the area of the flow. The area of the bore that is exposed to the floor determines how much fluid flows through the valve and at what pace. They can be turned manually, with the aid of an actuator, a wrench, or a lever that is manually turned by the operator. To open or close the valve, torque is exerted to move the lever arm by 90 degrees in either a clockwise or counterclockwise direction. The valve is open if the lever arm is perpendicular to the pipe. A closed valve is indicated by the lever arm being perpendicular to the pipe. To meet varied industrial applications, it is available in a variety of designs and characteristics. Depending on the industry in which this valve is used, different norms and specifications apply.
Electric ball valves are important actuators in industrial automation control systems. Electric ball valve is a valve that rotates around the axis of the valve stem based on the movement of the valve disc. The variation of the valve seat opening is directly proportional to the valve disc stroke. Mainly used to cut off or connect media in pipelines, it can also be used for fluid regulation and control, and is a pipeline pressure element in industrial automation process control.

Product features:
1. The fluid resistance is small, and its resistance coefficient is equal to that of a pipe segment of the same length.
2. Simple structure, small size, and light weight.
3. Tight and reliable, the sealing surface material of the ball valve is widely used in plastic, with good sealing performance, and has also been widely used in vacuum systems.
4. Easy to operate, quick to open and close, with only a 90 ° rotation from full open to full close, facilitating remote control.
5. Easy to maintain, the ball valve has a simple structure, and the sealing ring is generally movable, making disassembly and replacement more convenient.
When fully open or fully closed, the sealing surfaces of the ball and valve seat are isolated from the medium. When the medium passes through, it will not cause erosion of the valve sealing surface.
7. Wide application range, with diameters ranging from a few millimeters to several meters, and can be applied from high vacuum to high pressure

Product advantages:
• These ball valves normally with casting manufacturing craft for low pressure and small size unit use, and for high pressure ball valve, normally they are made using a forging process that results in a stronger and more durable valve compared to those made using casting or machining methods.
• These valves can be made from a range of materials that offer excellent corrosion resistance, including stainless steel, alloy steel, and other exotic alloys.
• These valves provide precise flow control by rotating the ball to either block or allow flow through the valve.
• These valves are easy to operate and require minimal maintenance, making them a popular choice in a wide range of applications.
• Quick opening and closing of valves.
