Corrosive Acid Alkali Use PTFE Lined Diaphragm Valve With Hand Lever Operation
Product introduction:
Diaphragm valve is an emerging type of valve, it is mainly used in environments with special medium contact requirements, such as pipeline environments with corrosive media. The closing component of diaphragm valve - soft diaphragm, controlled by the valve stem and performing up and down movements to cut off the medium. The specific internal structure diagram of the diaphragm valve is shown in the above figure. The control mechanism and medium are separated by a diaphragm. Diaphragm valves only have the valve body and diaphragm in contact with the medium, while other valve stems and other components do not come into contact. Therefore, it is often used in sanitary pipeline environments and environments with special medium contact regulations. Weir type diaphragm valves and direct through type diaphragm valves are commonly used structures.
Classification and application of plastic raw materials:
No. |
Material | Working temperature | Medium application | Characteristics |
1 | FEP (F46) |
-85~150℃
|
Any organic solvent or reagent, dilute or concentrated inorganic acid, base, ketone, aromatic hydrocarbon, chlorinated hydrocarbon, etc | The mechanics, electrical properties, and chemical stability are basically the same as F4, but the outstanding advantages are high dynamic impact toughness, excellent weather resistance, and radiation resistance. |
2 | PCTEF (F3) | -195~120℃ | Various organic solvents, inorganic corrosive liquids (oxidizing acids) | Heat resistance, electrical performance, and chemical stability are second only to F4, while mechanical strength, creep performance, and hardness are better than F4 |
3 | RPP | -14~80℃ | Aqueous solutions of inorganic salts, dilute or concentrated solutions of inorganic acids and bases. | One of the lightest plastics, it has superior yield, tensile and compressive strength, hardness compared to low-pressure polyethylene, outstanding rigidity, good heat resistance, easy molding, and cost-effectiveness. Modified dynamic impact, fluidity, and bending elasticity. |
4 | PVC | 0-55℃ | Resistant to water, concentrated alkali, non oxidizing acids, hydrocarbons, oil, and ozone. | High mechanical strength, good chemical stability and dielectric properties, good oil resistance and anti-aging resistance, easy fusion and bonding, low price. |
5 |
PTFE (F4)
|
-200~180℃ | Strong acids, strong bases, strong oxidants, etc. | It has excellent chemical stability, high heat resistance, cold resistance, and low friction coefficient, making it an excellent self-lubricating material. However, its mechanical properties are low, its flowability is poor, and its thermal expansion is large. |
6 | PVDF (F2) | -70~100℃ | Resistant to most chemicals and solvents | Lashen has better strength and compression strength than F4, with resistance to bending, weather, and radiation. It is resistant to light and aging, and its biggest feature is good toughness and easy molding |
7 | PO | -58~80℃ |
Various concentrations of acid, alkali, salt, and certain organic solvents.
|
It is the world's most ideal anti-corrosion material and has been widely used for the lining of large equipment and pipeline components in rotary molding.

Product features:
1. Simple structure, easy assembly and disassembly and maintenance, and the diaphragm can be replaced on site.
2. Special separation between the control mechanism and the medium, medium only contact valve body and diaphragm, it can adapt to many special media, especially highly hazardous and highly corrosive media.
3. No leakage of medium through the valve stem and due to the special structure of the diaphragm, diaphragm valve is not suitable for high temperature and high pressure fields use.
