Features
- Made of lightweight and high-strength aeronautical aluminum material to ensure portability.
- The machines are small and light since their main body is made of aviation aluminum and the sizes of all parts are optimized. The well designed expansion mechanism can realize quick and precise positioning, moreover, the machines are solid enough, with sufficient rigidity for the processing. A variety of available cutters enable the machines to process pipes of different materials and bevel ends with various angles and plain ends. Besides, the unique structure and its self-lubrication function endow the machines with long service life.
- Position the machine in the center of the tube and install the appropriate tool to complete the preparation.
Installation & Processing
- Measure the inside diameters of the pipe to be processed and choose a suitable machine and expansion block.
- Select the appropriate block, place it on the bottom of the expansion block to ensure the top surface of the expansion block remain horizontal without any inclination, and rotate the sleeve anticlockwise to tighten the expansion block and, ensure that the machine is firmly fixed in the pipeline.
- Choose a tool with suitable angle listed in the tool table based on the processing requirements, install it on the cutter head of the machine and tighten the bolts to fix the tools.
- Rotate the feed hand wheel and extend the feed spindle Loosen screw and feed.
- Stretch the machine expansion mechanism into the pipe, and reserve sufficient feed space between the tool on the cutter head and the pipe end face.
- Rotate the expansion sleeve with the ratchet wrench while adjusting the position of the machine to ensure the feed spindle and the center of the pipe is concentric; Tighten nuts on the expansion sleeve with the ratchet wrench after determining the position.
- Start the motor. Rotate the feed handwheel to make the cutting edge contact with the pipe wall, and then bevel.
