Description

90degree UHMWPE material pipe elbow
Compared with HDPE pipe as sewer pipe, the following properties of uhmwpe pipe are important.End cap integrated into tube body
The UHMWPE end cap is made by heating and bending the ends of the tube body, the end cap is formed at the bottom of the tube body. There is no internal bead created by thermofusion as with HDPE. The internal bead creates scale and corrosion deposits, resulting in a complete collapse of the pipe or the entire system. This problem can be avoided by using UHMWPE pipes.
Other properties of UHMWPE pipes that make them better than pipes made of other materials:

Resistance to low temperatures:
UHMWPE properties remain stable at minus 269 degrees, according to a study conducted on UHMWPE materials. The actual use case so far is -40℃ in northern China near Mongolia.
Smooth Surface, No Fouling and Low Pumping Costs:
UHMWPE pipe has a very smooth surface with low friction losses and high flow rates.
Helps reduce pump and blast hose maintenance costs.
