brief introduction of Polyethylene Foam Floats:

The hull is made of medium density polyethylene material with excellent flexibility, filled with high resilience polyurethane foam inside. With reasonable structure and good performance, the MDPE floater will be the ideal replacement of the traditional steel floater for the floating dredger tubes.

Main features of Polyethylene Foam Floats:

1. Good flexibility, excellent impact resistance, especially suitable for constructions in open sea;

2. Easy to install and handle, lower cost for moving;

3. Higher corrosion resistance, longer service life, 3 times longer than steel floaters;

4. Lower cost, the cost performance is better than steel floater.

applications:

1. Used in dredging sand pipeline;

2. It can be used in dredger, dredger pipe, etc. in the sea, lake or river;

3. Special uses attach the pipes on the water used in dredger project.

Remarks:

1. 2 pieces of floater shape 1 set, 2 sets of floater shape 1 pair. 1 pair of floater could float 6meters long steel dredge pipe and 1.5m long rubber hose.
