Its characteristics are as follows:
1. High operating temperature: Under conditions of strong corrosive media, it can meet the operating temperature range of -60℃~150℃. In this temperature range (except molten alkali metals, elemental fluorine and aromatic hydrocarbons), all chemical media can be met.
2. Vacuum resistance: within the range of -60℃~150℃, it can be used under vacuum conditions. In chemical production, partial vacuum is often caused by cooling, vertical discharge, and asynchronous operation of pumps and valves.
3. High pressure resistance: in the temperature range, it can withstand the pressure up to 3Mpa.
4. Anti-permeability: The selected resin is processed into a high-density, sufficient thickness PTFE lining layer through advanced lining technology, so that the product has superior anti-permeability.
5. The integral moulding and sintering process lining solves the problem of steel-fluorine cold and hot expansion and contraction, so that it can achieve synchronous expansion and contraction.
