ANSI B16.9 A106 Butt Weld Seamless Carbon Steel Pipe Fitting Eccentric Reducer
The roundness of the reducer should not be greater than 1% of the outer diameter of the corresponding end, and the allowable deviation is ±3mm. The material of the reducer is in accordance with SY/T5037, GB/T9711, GB/T8163, American standard ASTM A106/A53 GRB, API 5L, APT5CT, ASTM A105, ASTM A234, ASTM A106, DIN German standards and customer requirements standards
Reducing pipe (small and small) is a kind of pipe fitting used for pipe reducing. The commonly used forming process is reducing diameter pressing, expanding diameter pressing or reducing diameter plus expanding diameter pressing, and stamping forming can also be used for reducing diameter pipes of certain specifications.
1. Diameter reduction/expansion forming
The reducing forming process of the reducing tube is to put a tube blank with the same diameter as the large end of the reducing tube into a forming die, and press the tube along the axial direction of the tube blank to move the metal along the mold cavity and shrink into shape. According to the size of the reducing diameter of the reducer, it is divided into one-time press forming or multiple press forming.
Diameter expansion forming is to use a tube blank smaller than the diameter of the large end of the reducer, and use an inner die to expand the diameter along the inner diameter of the tube blank. Diameter expansion technology mainly solves the problem that the diameter reducing pipe is not easy to be formed by reducing diameter. Sometimes according to the material and product forming needs, the method of diameter expansion and diameter reduction is combined.
In the process of reduction or expansion deformation, cold pressing or hot pressing is determined according to different materials and diameter changes. Under normal circumstances, cold pressing should be used as much as possible, but hot pressing should be used for severe work hardening caused by multiple diameter changes, thicker walls or alloy steel materials.
