Type of Stainless Steel Bends Elbows
Stainless steel butt welding elbows can be into seamless and ERW pipe fittings, seamless elbow fittings are made from seamless steel pipes, ERW elbow fittings are made by ERW steel pipes while welded large diameter fittings are produced by steel plates.Both of them are manufactured according to ASME B16.9.

45° elbows and 90° elbows and 180° elbows are the most commonly used. According to engineering needs, they also include 60° elbows and other illegal angles. Two 45-degree elbows cannot be welded into a 90-degree elbow. Because the stress concentration area is the elbow, the expansion and most of the stress and deformation during the cooling process will be released at the elbow. In addition, the weld itself is a weak link. Fatigue deformation will quickly cause cracking and damage, which will bury many hidden dangers. Therefore, if it is not used immediately, it will eventually lead to huge losses.
