The main scope of blowpipe: boiler superheater, reheater and their systems; main steam pipe, reheated steam cold section pipe and hot section pipe; high-pressure bypass system; steam-driven feed water pump steam source pipe. The control door should be fully opened during purging; when used for heat storage and pressure reduction method, the opening time of the control door should generally be less than 1 min. Before the formal purge, perform 2 to 3 pre-purges lower than the selected purge pressure to check the condition of the purge temporary equipment and familiarize yourself with the control operation. Generally, the pre-purging pressure can be selected according to 30%-40%, 50%-60%, 70%-80% of the selected blowpipe pressure.

(3) Spot particle size: no spot larger than 0.8mm, no larger than 8 spots of 0.5-0.8mm (including 0.8mm), uniform distribution of spots of 0.2-0.5mm, and spots of less than 0.2mm are not counted. |
