150PSI STAINLESS STEEL CAST THREADED PIPE FITTINGS FOR REDUCING NIPPLE
This reducing hex nipple fitting has one end smaller than the other for connecting two threaded pipes with different diameters.
It is made of 304 /316 Stainless Steel, durable, anti-corrosion, and has male National Pipe Taper (NPT) threaded connections
The Hex. Reducing Nipples are connected by NPT Threads conform to ASME B1.20.1 or BSPT Threads conform to ISO 7-1, DIN2999, BS21
It is produced by Investment casting (IC) way. Hex. Nipples are Used as a reducing join, to join two female threads.
Reducing hex nipples connect with female pipes or fittings and connects with one larger and one smaller size NPT threads. NPT threads create a tighter seal than straight threads. The hexagon allows for increased leverage and use with a wrench during installation and disassembly.
