The material will be sample produced before mass production. Compare the manufacturing process, color difference, toughness, and quality. Test OK and then mass production. for the NG product,first will check the process problem and accessories material problem, after checking and make out solve solution

3, 3D printing the sample filament to test material performance

Use 3D printer to printing the sample filament to verify the quality of the material.

4, Strictly control the quality during production

We have diameter laser detect kits to control extruding rate on line, we set diameter tolerance +-0.03mm,when the diameter smaller or higher than accept range,the machine will alarm to remind workers adjust process, troubleshoot problems. QC regularly check the filament diameter manually to prevent machine failure over quality management products

5,100% QC inspection filament before packing

Before packaging, QC personnel will check the product color, bubbles, black spots, have strict standard for those Item, unqualified product will be scrapped disposal.

6, the filament which is before and after the production of debugging machine will be scrapped

Before and after the production of debugging equipment products immediately for waste disposal, not mixed with qualified products.

7, Double check before goods send out

before send out the goods,will check the different batches of stock materials, color, etc., to ensure consistency of the quality of shipping products.
