The Skip Hopper
Skip hopper can be chosen according to the requirements of customers. The feeding door automatically opens when feeding, and closes when the hopper begins to descend. The device effectively prevents the dust overflow the trough during the mixing to protect the environment.
Weighing system
According to different requirements we can add aggregate weigher, cement weigher and water weigher.

Operation Instruction
The instruction must be followed during operation
1. Do not run over loaded
2. Discharge material in the trough after an emergency stops. Start with load is forbidden;
3. After each shift, clean the trough, tools, check the tightness of nuts, and open and close the discharging door Several times to ensure it works smoothly,
Check the blades and tiles weekly and replace them if necessary;
4. The anti-wear parts made by our company must be used to avoid any damage to the machine;
5. Stay away from the discharging area to avoid any injury to workers.
Principle of Motion: Mixing with no hidden corners in the mixing pan by installing mixing tools and scraper tools on a specially designed drive system.
