Working principle
In the planetary ball mill, the cylinder rotates while rotating, which can make the cylinder speed break the limit of the critical speed of the ordinary ball mill and drive the mill ball to do complex movement.
The characteristic of the horizontal ball mill is that the mill cylinder is horizontally installed on a large plate placed in a vertical plane for planetary movement. In this process of movement, the grinding cylinder has no fixed bottom surface, and the grinding ball and the material in the cylinder are subjected to the combined action of the rotating speed of the grinding cylinder, the rotational speed of the rotation speed and its own gravity in the vertical plane. When the machine is running, the size and direction of the force on each point in the cylinder are constantly changing, and the movement trajectory is chaotic, which leads to the violent collision and extrusion between the grinding ball and the abrasive in high-speed operation, which greatly improves the grinding ability of the equipment and improves the grinding effect. In particular, the grinding cylinder is placed horizontally, and there is no fixed surface in the grinding cylinder due to rotation, which avoids the bottom phenomenon of vertical grinding, and utilizes the internal surface area of the entire grinding cylinder.
