1. Products Overview
XXY Platform platform is composed of two sets of motion control modules in the X direction, one set of motion control modules in the Y -axis direction, and a free axis motion control module. It can generate different rotation angles θ while moving in any XXY direction, and its accuracy is very high.
The XXY positioning platform originally originated from Germany. It adopts a framework (Frame) with a large needle -pressing magnetic switch, so that the fixed glass on the top can be combined with the bottom frame.
After arriving in Japan, it was renamed the electric three -axis UVW positioning platform. On this basis, the engineer again reduced the size and the height, combined the common XY form positioning structure, and turned the original magnetic switch into a 3-axis or 4-axis motion control module composed of a guide or cross -guide rai driven by motors.
