1. Hollow Shaft Rotary Table Overview
The hollow shaft rotation platform is one of the most common rotation mechanism in industrial automation. It is mainly composed of rotary table, bearings, power transmission gears or gearboxes and electrical driving systems.

Hollow Structure:
The turntable of the hollow shaft rotation platform is a hollow structure, and the servo motor is connected to the side to facilitate the installation of the trachea and wires in the metal side.
High Repeated Positioning Accuracy:
The hollow shaft rotation platform uses high precision gears for speed reduction and increase the output torque. In addition, a flexible gap mechanism controls the backlash by changing the two gear center distance, so that the hollow shaft rotation platform repeated positioning accuracy is pretty high.
High Rigidity:
The hollow shaft rotation platform is supported by a precision cross-roller bearings. The roller in the bearings is staggered at 90 degrees, and the diameter of the roller is slightly larger than the roller size between the inner ring and the outer ring of the bearing. There is a pre-tightening force between the inner and outer circles and the roller. As a result, the platform supported can withstand various torque such as radial, axis, and overturning. Its rigidity is more than 10 times that of traditional bearing.
High Rotation Accuracy:
After the assembly is completed, the cross-roller bearings of the platform as the rotary center after the assembly is completed, and the outer diameter of the turntable will be grinded (standard is stainless vehicle) to ensure the coaxiality of the turntable, parallelism and other shapes.
Wide Motor Compatibility:
The hollow shaft rotation platform flexibly transforms the size of the interface by customizing flange and input shaft holes, which is suitable for motors that cab be connect.
