The reduction ratios very rich
Planetary gear reducer’s function is to decelerate and increase torque. The speed ratio can reach up to 30,000:1, and the transmission rate ratio of single -stage harmonic gears can also reach 1,000:1. However normal planetary reducers 1-stage ratios are no higher than 10:1.
High loading capacity

Normally helical gear has higher precision than spur gear. But for spur gear planetary reducers, also has precision such as 3arcmin for 1-stage, which is based on gear processing CNC machine precisions.

Even at a high input speed, the relatively sliding speed of this round is still very low, which is still very low.
