First, Structural differences between helical gear and straight gear.
Planet reducer consists of planet wheels, solar wheels, and internal gears, and the difference between helical gear and straight gear lies in the shape of the planet wheel. The gear of the helical planet deceleration machine is inclined, while the gear of the straight gear planet deceleration is parallel to the axis of the planet.
Second, the difference in efficiency differences between helical gear and straight gear
Under the same conditions, the efficiency of slashing gear planet reducer is lower than that of straight -gear planet decelerations. This is because the planet wheel of the planetary reducer is tilted, which makes the bearing inheritance more powerful and increased friction loss. The straight -gear planet deceleration machine can better use the transmission capacity, and its efficiency has improved.
