High transmission efficiency of helical gear: The helical gear meshing structure is compact and the transmission efficiency is higher, generally all stage range can be 94% to 99 %.

The helical gear transmission is more stable: the stability of the transmission ratio is the basic requirements of various reducers. Among them, precision planet reducer is widely used in various needed machinery and equipment and requires higher stability. Therefore, compared with the straight gear system, the helical gear technology with more accurate bite force can be more stable.

Higher rigidity: The helical gear of the planetary reducer has a large convergence, and there is a large number of meshing gear during the operation, which greatly reduces the impact and noise. Run at high speed.

Lower noise: When the speed of the helical gear planetary reducer and the spur gear reducer are the same speed, the noise of the helical planet reducer is lower than the straight gear reducer.
