The electric spindle is a product that integrates motor and spindle into one, mainly used in the field of CNC machine tools.

The working principle of the electric spindle is to use the rotating torque generated by the electromagnetic field to drive the main shaft of high-speed rotation. The electric spindle motor controls the strength and polarity of the electromagnetic field by controlling the current. The electric spindle usually uses AC motors, and the speed can rotate by tens of thousands of rotations per minute.

The electric spindle is normally controlled by Variable Frequency Drive, also called VFD or INVETER. It controls the real -time operating state of the motor to ensure the operating speed and power of the electrical spindle can meet the requirement of the application. The rear part passes the power and lubrication protection through the transmission bearing and the oil and gas lubrication device, while the spindle parts achieve high -speed rotation and stability through the coordination of the main shaft bearing and spindle gear.
