Preoperative preparation
1. Definitive diagnosis;
2. Confirm that the patient has no operation contraindication. For example: Serious cardio cerebral vascular disease, emphysema with pulmonary infection,general hemorrhagic disease, serious diabetes, etc.;
3. Preoperative examination to understand the degree of urethremphraxis, whether the upper urinary tract is deformed or not and the prostate size.

Cautions in operation
Have liquid diet at the second day after the operation.
Pull out the urethral catheter when the drainage urine is clear.
No drinking and no sex within one month after leaving hospital to prevent constipation.
Go back the hospital in time for return visit if there’s symptoms of urine pain, urgent urination, hematuria etc.
