3.If we don’t find what we want on your website, what should we do?

You can email us the details of products that you want, we can search the factory for you.

4.What is the normal lead time?

About 20-35 days for the different products after we receive your 30% deposit.

5.What is your payment term?

30% deposit by T/T, the balance against the B/L copy.

6.What is your shipping way?

We will help you to choose the best way according to your detal requirements.

7.How do you control the quality?

We will make the samples before mass production. We will begin mass production once you confirm the samples. Doing 100% self-inspection during production. Then do random inspection before packing.

8.If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?

Please take the pictures from original cartons when you find any unacceptable defective products. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container. We will advise you to certify the claim by third party or we can accept the claim from your samples or pictures you present. Finally we will completely compensate all your loss.
