Highway Road Construction Gravel Driveway Subgrade Stabilization Plastic Geogrid Mesh
Plastic Geogrid Mesh Introduction
Plastic geogrid is mainly manufactured from polypropylene or high density polyethylene, which are all UV stabilized, chemical and biological resistance. The plastic geogrid is mainly used in the construction of roadways, highways, railways, slopes for ground stabilization and subgrade reinforcement. The plastic geogrid is extruded into sheet and then punched into regular mesh pattern and finally stretched. According to the stretched direction, it can be divided into uniaxial plastic geogrid and biaxial plastic geogrid.
High tensile strength in both longitudinal and transverse directions.
Convenient to use and reduce the construction cost.
Increase the bearing capacity of the subgrade.
Reduce the soil erosion.
UV stabilized.
Resistance to the chemical and biological corrosion.

Plastic Biaxial Geogrid Applications
Plastic biaxial geogrid is the ideal geotechnical material in situations where stresses are applied in two directions, it is the ideal geotechnical product used to reinforce the pavement base and improve the subgrade for any soil stabilization and reinforcement applications such as municipal roads, highways railway, access roads, parking lots industrial shipping yards, etc. provides high strength, high performance, longer life, ensured reliability and quick installation for base reinforcement of paved roads, construction haul roads, foundation reinforcement, permanent unpaved roads, working platforms on weak soils, parking areas, etc
