Product features:

Adopting Europe technology , hydraulic unit adopts proportional pressure and flow control ,the pressure and the speed can be adjusted , stable movement curve and gentle shock ,the computer is imported from Industry family. The LCD displaying screen with high clarity has Chinese and English language to use. Close-loop PID temperature control with the advantage of high precision. The operating table of the injection molding machine have two safety, one is machine safety, another is electrical safety, that ensures the operators ’s safety.

1. Close-loop control for injection,plasticizing,pressure maintaining and back-pressure.sevro motor direct drive.

2. Be able to do the process of feeding material and opening mold at the same time, to save much more cycle time of molding.

3. Speed from 0 to 500mm/s need only 35 millisecond. Super high speed response with high speed injection, accurate measurement of stocke control,it can achieve thin moring.

4. Adopt anti-interference number force transducer to achieve high precision control.

5. Central symmstric two moving oil cylinder to get balanced force for nozzle,It's more reliable sealing.
