2008

Hengzhi Marketing Planning Company
The Hengzhi Marketing Planning Company, founded by its founder Mr. Wu Wengang in Shanghai, was the predecessor of ZASA Life.

2013

Our company has officially changed its name to Shanghai ZASA Life Co., Ltd. and has established branches in Yiwu, Zhejiang, Guizhou and other places to deepen our brand characteristics. To expand the brand development chain, we have officially entered major e-commerce platforms both domestically and internationally in China.

2015

Our company has officially become a controlling group company and has simultaneously deployed a more comprehensive supply chain system in Yiwu.

2016

ZASA Life Company established branch office in Japan.

2018

Our company will relocate our operations team, visual team, management team, and others to the e-commerce capital of Hangzhou, becoming the headquarters of the ZASA Life Group. In the same year, an original brand design company was established, officially becoming a diversified brand development company that integrates original design and channel sales.

2021

Introducing advanced machinery and equipment, building a professional technical team, and officially opening its own factory in Yiwu ZASA Life Company in March of the same year, becoming a company that integrates industry and trade
