4. What shall we do, if we need put logo on products?
Just send the logo by email, attached the picture by AI, Coral Draw, PDF and High resolution JPG, ect, and inform us right color, then job would be easily finished.
5. Can I order a sample first before mass production? How can I place a sample order?
Surely you can order a sample first. And there will be some sample cost, charged based on your design & artwork. We will make the sample buttons for you after payment received and take pictures for your reference once finished. If you want to see the actual sample buttons, we can send the sample to you while freight cost is yours.
6. Price is a sensitive issue and how do you comment on your price level?
Comparing with competitors, our product lines belong to middle and high-end level prices in high quality.We can beat any quote by 5%.
7. Do you have any better ways to quicken the delivery time?
Since all process on after the approval of samples ,the quick-correct samples will certainly save much time ,From the past experience, if the customers want to change the logos or designs after the samples done ,the repeat samples will take more time .so please ensure there are no mistake in the first time.
8. What is your opinion for small orders?
We can accept the min order quantity is 100pcs per color, except for some items have the min quantity limitation.
9. Have you ever met any communication problems with your clients?
Of course we have. Because our clients come from many different countries and regions, and they have their own mother tongues, while those problems are solved successfully in the end.
10. What can I do if something is wrong with my order?
Please don’t worry and trust we are responsible partner who won’t leave these things behind. Meanwhile we need you to send us pictures so we can better check and know what the problem is, and then try our best to solve the problems effectively and pleasantly with you. We can accept redo or full refund.
