In this part, we would like to introduce you HUIBANG's smallest full stainless steel model---MF 400 Plastic PE LLDPE HDPE Full Stainless Steel Pulverizer. It is a good pulverizer machine to pulverize medium hard, impact resistant and friable materials. The material to be pulverized( PET, SBS PE LLDPE HDPE MDPE PP...) is going through the centre of a vertically fixed grinding disc which is mounted concentrically with an identical high speed rotating disc. Centrifugal force carries the material through the grinding area and the resulting powder is collected with a blower and cyclone system.
Last but not least, the rotary valve, cooling pipe, blade holder, sieving machine are all the stainless steel while other types are alloy steel.So if you have a strict requirement for the plastic & the powder, this model is a wonderful grinder.
