Q1: Can we do printing on the plastic bottles or jars?

A1:Yes, you can. We could offer various printing ways: silk screen printing, hot stamping, painting,labelling

Q2:How about your sample policy?

A2: We can provide you one or two pieces samples with free cost, Just you would need to pay for the freight cost.

Q3:What is the normal lead time?

A3:A. For stock products, we will send goods to you within 7- 15 work days after we receive your payment.

B. For OEM products, the delivery time is 18-21 days after we receive your payment.

Q4:How do you control the quality?

A4:We will make samples before mass production, and mass production will begin after receiving sample approval from customer. Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.

Q5: If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?

A5:If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container.
