Product Description:

The plastic pipe production line is suitable for producing small-diameter single-wall corrugated pipes using PP and PE as raw materials. It can continuously produce polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, Eva and other corrugated pipes and PA corrugated pipes. Mainly used as wire and cable pipes, washing machine drain pipes, vacuum cleaner pipes, ventilator pipes; widely used in automobile wires, wire pipes, machine tool circuits, light cord protection pipes, air conditioners, washing machines, etc.

Process line:
Raw materials + masterbatch → Mixing → Vacuum feeding → Material drying → Single screw extruder → Extrusion mold → Corrugated molding machine → Meter counting machine → Double winding machine → Finished product inspection and packaging

The single-wall high-speed corrugated pipe forming machine can produce two- or three-diameter single-wall corrugated pipes in the same mold, reducing mold costs and mold replacement time, and improving efficiency.

The pipe is resistant to high temperatures, erosion, wear and tear, and has high strength. It can be used as an oil pipe for automobile braking systems, as well as for the transportation of high-temperature gases and chemical liquids.
