The plastic weighing and mixing system is mainly used for the transportation of PVC powder. It can use negative pressure, positive pressure (dilute phase, dense phase), metering (main material, additives), mixing, and centralized storage. According to the on-site conditions, pipe chain, negative pressure or spiral transportation can be used, and the materials are distributed to the hoppers of each machine. The whole process is centrally controlled by PLC and centrally monitored by the host computer. Including automatic batching of CPE, stabilizer, ACR (and other additives), vacuum loading of PVC and Caco3, all raw materials are mixed according to the set formula.

The plastic weighing and mixing system adopts fully automatic PLC screen touch operation, free switching between English and local languages, clear regional function division, and very convenient operation.

Automatic batching part
PVC powder + Caco3 + CPE + foaming agent + stabilizer, etc. are mixed through the PLC control system
Additive plastic raw materials are automatically weighed by electronic scale sensors

Advantages: • Anti-bridging device prevents raw materials from sticking to the material wall
• The filter absorbs the powder and finally pours the material into the material
• Automatic induction weighing until all additives are delivered together into a batch, and the weight control is controlled by the Siemens control system

Vacuum feeding system
Vacuum feeding PVC powder and Caco3 stations, and the additive raw materials enter the heating and mixing part after weighing

Mixing part
1-Heat the raw materials to 120℃ by self-friction or electric heating, the first batch mixing time is about 15 minutes, and then the second batch mixing time is about 8 minutes

2-Temperature monitoring is transmitted to the PLC system through thermocouples

3-Heating and mixing can choose manual unloading or automatic unloading

4-Cooling uses cooling water and, cooling and mixing for about 8 minutes to 40℃

Final storage
1. Equipped with an anti-bridging device inside, the raw materials will not stick to the storage wall even if they are mixed for a week

2. 2 extrusion lines are equipped with 2 Screw conveyor, fully automatic, no workers required
