Production Description
FRP mortar pipe(sandwich pipe) is in the filament winding process, using quartz sand layer will strengthen, make its have sandwich structure, such as reducing the comprehensive cost of the pipeline, and improve the overall strength and stiffness of the pipeline.

The standard effective lengths of the tube are 6 m and 12 m. There are three methods for making the tube: fixed-length winding process, centrifugal casting process and continuous winding process. Can be classified according to the product's process method, pressure level PN and stiffness level SN.

Advantages
1, High strength, lower weight: For same diameter and working situation, RPM pipe's weight is only 1/3 of Carbon Steel's, 1/5 of casting steel's and 1/10 concrete's. When installation, it can save lifting fee, and quick installing. FRP pipe can anti acid, alkali, salt, sea water, waste water, corrosion soil, ground water and other chemical liquid.
2, Good hydrodynamic performance: save piping pump energy. For same pipe diameter, FRP pipe can save pump energy around 30-40%. When pumping same flow rate, FRP with sand pipe diameter can decrease around 10-25%. Saving investment, shorting pump time. Especially, for un-continuously water supply, it can save around 1/3 pumping and energy. The inner wall of FRP pipe with sand is very smooth, even many years used, the inner wall can be smooth as beginning. It is said smooth hydraulic pipe.
3, Excellent insulation.
4, Lower maintenance fee:
need not any rust protection, corrupt prevention and insulation. For ground pipe, need not cathode protection,
saving engineering fee over 70%.
