Tooling Developing Procedure:

1. Quotation: We need your require clearly
2. Negotiation: Material, cavity, price, delivery time, payment term, etc.
3. Order: According to your own design or choice our design
4. DFMEA: Deign failure mold & Effect analysis to reduce risk
5. Mold design: 2D/3D drawing
6. Cutting Tooling Notice: After customer approve the mould design will start making mould
7. Weekly Report: We will update the mold schedule every week
8. Sample Confirm: Send you samples to confrrm it, if not satisfied by customers. We modify the mould.
9. Delivery Mold: Delivery the mould after customer approve sample and arrange shipment

A:Howe is specialized in plastic injection mould & die-casting mold.

2.Q: Can Howe supply the finished products?

A:Yes, we have some injection machines, and help to make the finished products.

3.Q: How many workers in Howe?

A: There are 30 mould workers who have 15+years experience, 5 designer engineers, 20 CNC engineers and workers, etc.

4.Q: Who is main customer?

A: We have customers both in China and abroad. We have supplied plastic injection moulds to the USA, Europe, Brazil, South Africa, Turkey etc.

5.Q: What about the payment?

A: T/T : 50% of total amount T/T DEPOSIT

50% of total amount T/T before shipping.

L/C: 40% of total amount T/T DEPOSIT,

60% of total amount L/C before shipping.

6.Q: What about the trial sample?

A: We will test the mould before shipping, and send the trail samples to the customer for confirmation by flight.

7. Q: What about the delivery time for a mould?

A:30-45 days for the sample mould, like bucket, small box.

45-60 days for the bigger mould, like baby chair, stool, crate.
