First, when we press the top of the plastic pump, it pushes an internal piston down. The movement of this piston reduces the space in the pump chamber, creating pressure.
Under the action of pressure, the cream, which was originally stored in the lower container of the pump body, is squeezed through a check valve. This check valve only allows the cream to flow in the direction of the outlet, preventing its backflow.
As the piston continues to press down, the cream is pushed down the pipe towards the exit.
When we release the pressure force, the piston moves upward under the action of the internal spring or other rebound device, and negative pressure is formed in the pump chamber.
The negative pressure causes the check valve to close the outlet direction and open the channel connected to the container, from which the cream is drawn into the pump chamber, ready for the next press to squeeze out the cream.
Through this repeated pressing and releasing action, the plastic milk pump can achieve continuous and stable extrusion of cream.
