CSG series is a fully automatic drying system with zeolite desiccant beds, which can be used with Hopper Bank Series and multi-hopper systems. Based on the type and quantity of polymer, it can adapt and automatically control operating parameters.Up to 40% energy saving in comparison with traditional dryers.

This series expands CSG standard series maintaining its characteristics while offering increased production capacity.
Its advanced thermodynamics based on double tower design with two desiccant cartridges and double pumps technology: one to process air production and one for saturated tower regeneration.

You are responsible for air tickets, accommodation and our engineer wage USD100/day/person.

Q4: How long time for installation?
A4: Subject to machines and the situation in your factory. If everything is ready, it will take about 2 days for dryers and 15 days for central conveying system.

Q5: How about the spare parts?
A5: We will send one year enough easy broken spare parts together with the machines for free, we suggest you buy more units to save international courier such as DHL, it is really costly.

Q6: What is your guarantee?
A6: We have one year guarantee and life-long technical support. Our service also including machine maintaince.

Q7: What is your payment term?
A7: 30%T/T in advance as down payment, rest should be paid before shipping. L/C is supported also.
