Introduction of CSG
CSG series is a fully automatic drying system with zeolite desiccant beds, which Can be used with Hopper Bank Series and multi-hopper systems. It can adapt and automatically control operating parameters based on type and quantity of polymer.Up to 40% energy saving in comparison with traditional dryers.
Product Description
This series expands CSG standard series maintaining its characteristics while offering increased production capacity.
Its advanced thermodynamics based on Zeolite trible tower design with three desiccant cartridges and three pumps technology: two to process air production and one for saturated tower regeneration.
Feature
1. Automatic start/stop timer one week to improve energy saving.
2. Drying hopper and hopper lid can be fully insulated for high temperature application.
3. Option accessories: euro-hopper suction box, euro-hopper mobile floor stand, material door magnet,
magnetic base(aluminum or stainless steel), blower inlet filter, hot air recycling, exhaust air filter.
4. Europeanization design, double-wall with imported thermal insulation material filled in interlayer,
shorten the heating time and reduce heat loss, therefore saving energy & high efficient.
5. Hot air down-blowing design ensures even distribution of hot air to maintain a steady temperature in the
hopper and increase drying efficiency.

Dew Point Control

Air volume control
According to all the data collected by the system, through ABB frequency converter, we can control fan power and air volume, avoid risk, improve efficiency and save energy! The traditional drye cannot control air volume, which wastes energy, and increases the loss. If air volume is fixed and the fan configuration is not adjustable, the full amount of air must be configured. when the output is not high and the raw material is dry, it is not necessary to have such a large amount of air, so the surplus is wasted.if using ABB inverter, the air volume can be provided on demand, the raw material can be dried uniformly, thus, the finished product quality is guaranteed.
