CSG 1000 is a fully automatic drying system with zeolite desiccant beds, which Can be used with Hopper Bank Series and multi-hopper systems. It can adapt and automatically control operating parameters based on type and quantity of polymer.Up to 40% energy saving in comparison with traditional dryers.

Air volume control
According to all the data collected by the system, through ABB frequency converter, we can control fan power and air volume, avoid risk, improve efficiency and save energy! The traditional drye cannot control air volume, which wastes energy, and increases the loss. If air volume is fixed and the fan configuration is not adjustable, the full amount of air must be configured. when the output is not high and the raw material is dry, it is not necessary to have such a large amount of air, so the surplus is wasted.if using ABB inverter, the air volume can be provided on demand, the raw material can be dried uniformly, thus, the finished product quality is guaranteed.
