High Speed Mixer for Wdg Drying Equipment Production

1. Consists of 5 machines:mixing machine,granulator,dryer,granding machine and screen machine.(also it can be choosed by yourself based on your need
2. Mixing machine: material inside the barrel flow,diffuse,penetrate each other and finally form uniform status.

3. Granulator:different size granule by changing the stainless steel sieve.And through circle rope-turning movement,becoming high-degree ball shape pellet.

4. Dryer:no dead corner, easy to clean thoroughly,and no cross pollution,safe in operation both manual and automatic.(also granule and dry in one machine)

5. Grinder:suitable for crushing and processing granule.What's more,produce ring grinder and super fine grinder.

6. Screen:an ideal device for granule that has uneven size to sieve continuously.

PLASTIC MIXER MACHINE

1. PVC mixer is the most ideal machinery for manufacturing tubes and profiles in the process of compound mixing, drying and dying.

2. The cold mixer adopts horizontal structure with the characteristics of large cooling area and more homogenized material

3. Both hot and cold mixing blades and belt wheel have been specially through the balancing machine of static and dynamic.

4. The mixer lid is double sealed and opened in pneumatic way.

5. The electric control system uses RKC, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron and other famous instruments and control components to realize automatic control.

6. Optionally equipped with pulse dust collecting device and simple loading system.
