JIN Machine full automatic adjustable Strapping band winder machine

1. Product description

A. Servo motor controls winder displacement width and distance, winder displancement can be on the computer according to strap’s specification
B. Inverter closed loop controls winding speed.
C. Winding width can be set per specific requirement.
D. Automatically adjust winding curve.
E.Tape reel offers perfect winding curve
F.Winding range from 5mm up to 32mm straps.
G. It is suitable for roll core diameter of 200mm and 405mm, other roll core size can be customized per requirement.

2. Heavy jumbo strapping band winder

  1. Coiler apacity: winding coiler weight 300kg/h coiler
  2. Reel diameter:up to 15oomm
  3. Servo traveling: according to the strap size, the winder computer system automatically winding and travling stap without replacing any parts.
  4. The reeled strap has excellent flatness, which meets automatic packing purpose.

3. Full automatic Winder:

  1. Adopting touch screen control system, which can realize auto rolling, roll changing and roll discharging;
  2. Paper tube auto transport, auto discharging when finished winding, auto taking out.
