Description:
1, the inside pot of Heating & Cooling Mixer are made of stainless steel 4mm; the outside cover of heating Mixer are also in stainless steel, It can resist the corruption of DOP and
2, The Heating Mixer is equipped with 3-pc – type blades or round plate mixer : The cooling Mixer is equipped with carrying – pole type blades.
3, Electric beating device:equipped with temperature tesing device & warm accuse table.

6, the opening & material unloading of the cover adopts liquid pressure control system.
7, decompression starting device : It will decompress the electirc pressure when we start the machine ,It can protect the electric net.

Applications:
SRL-Z series mixing unit is appliable for mixing,colouring and drying of various resin such as poly,PE,PP,PVC polypropylene,poly chloride etc,and in the process of drying and volatilization of engineering plastics such as ABS PC etc before forming and processing as well as in the mixing of phenolic resin.
The unit combines heat mixing and cool mixing together.The materials after heat mixing can be gotting into cool mixer for cooling automatically,exhausts remaining gass and avoids agglomerates.
It is an ideal equipment for PVC plastics mixing.
