PET sheet production line is one of the most technologically advanced, technologically most mature and most stable sheet production lines in our company. The three-roll calendering technology mainly consists of extruder, hydraulic screen changer, hanger die, Stick calender, cooling traction bracket, double-station winding device and other components. Equipment compact structure, superior performance, screw, barrel optimized design, the whole plasticizing with uniform, stable extrusion, high yield, long life and other advantages. Precision stereotypes calendering device, through its good adjustment function, the sheet shaping good. The thickness of PET transparent sheet product produced by this equipment is 2mm thick and 0.2mm thinnest, which can be processed into various packaging products by thermoforming. It has good gas barrier property, without other additives, pure and hygienic, Has good toughness and extensibility, excellent recovery characteristics, can be widely used in electrical appliances, toys, food, medicine and other packaging and the majority of the printing industry. CPET is a kind of modified PET. With good resistance to high temperature, it is usually used for package in microwave oven.

It can be used as top grade package for cosmetics, medicine, tobacco & alcohol and common goods such as stationery, advertisements, posters and all kinds of cards.

PLA sheet
PLA is a kind of line shape Aliphatic Polyesters. PLA can be used in rigid package of fruits, vegetables, eggs, cooked food andpa roast food, also can be usedfor packaging of sandwich, biscuit and some oother packages like fresh flower.
