Stainless steel high-speed pipette machine integrates paper, gluing, winding and cutting. It is equipped with CNC multi-knife cutting system. It can cut finished paper pipes on-line. It is suitable for producing various types and specifications of paper pipettes, such as 5mm in diameter, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm and so on. The production capacity is 35-40m per minute.

The machine is controlled by PLC (using IDEC of Japan and Hequan), the main machine is equipped with frequency conversion and speed regulation (using Taiwanese Shilin frequency converter), and the man-machine interface is a touch screen. The setting is simple and the operation is convenient.

The cutting part adopts servo multi-knife cutting system, servo motor synchronous tracking cutting (servo motor adopts Taiwan Shilin), higher precision, time-saving and efficient.

1. Stainless Steel Glue Unit

Choose gluing single side or double sides. The drinking straws are glued evenly and stuck firmly. ( Glue by WATER BASED ADHESIVE which FDA approved Food Grade)
2. Spiral winding unit , specialized operation system, Belt tension device (hand-wheel drive).

a. Send the paper to the winding unit .

b. Wind the paper shape to straw by winding system
3. Silicone oil lubrication system

Add silicone oil on the paper which for paper running smooth
4. Multi-knife cutting system and spiral rolling mechanism

Multi-blades cutting system is controlled by encoder. Servo synchronous tracking cutting system makes it higher precision and multi-knife cutting makes it higher efficiency.
