Description

SJ65/33 single screw extruder to make pipe,plants,sheet,granules

SJ series single screw extruder, it can suit for PP PE PS ABS PMMA PVC etc. thermoplastic pipe, plates, sheets, rods and plastic pelletizing product process.

For different raw materials and product specifications, screw adopt different L/C, and barrel adopt different structure.

Suit for different barrel, screw and drive system structure to meet different high quality products requirement.

Features:

  • High capacity, Low energy consumption.
  • Each gear in the hard gearbox has been heat-treated and fine-grained with a forced cooling system to ensure high efficiency, low noise and long service life.
  • Screw has different data, suitable design, for the different raw material to make different products, screw has different L/C and structure, to meet different customer requirement.
  • Barrel has two types, one is Open trench, the other is smooth, to meet different raw material.
  • Screws and barrels are made of high-performance alloy steel, which is resistant to wear, corrosion, and high strength.
  • The whole machine is compact and reasonable in design, convenient in operation and easy to maintain.
