Description

Parallel twin-screw blending modified granulator

The host uses modular design, Screw configuration, barrel structure, Length and Diameter Ratio Feeding and Exhaust Locations number, screen exchange and cutting method etc., all can design as the customers requirement.

According the different material function requirement, it can be use normal extruder or high speed extruder.

The co-rotating twin-screw extrusion granulation unit is suitable for polymer compounding modification (including reaction) extrusion and post-processing, and optimizes the design of the assembly structure according to the characteristics of the material system and the process; Adaptation process: *Filling modification , Blend modification, universal masterbatch, fiber grade masterbatch, functional masterbatch, glass fiber (carbon fiber) reinforced, cable extrusion, reactive extrusion, exhaust devolatilization after treatment.
