Two stage plastic granules making machine for PE PP films

with drainage exhaust,

Capacity: 100-1000kg/h

The complete recycling line include belt conveyor , compactor, single screw extruder, hydraulic module screen device, water cooling tank, strand cutter machine, fan storage hopper, electric cabinet.

  4. The final pellets is beautiful appearance, the shape is cylindrical, and the size and thickness can be adjusted.
  5. Feeding device, main extruder and cutter are all used frequency control.
  6. The granulation line screw and barrel are all made of 38CrMoAl material, and the surface is nitrided and hardened. The service life is long.
  7. The granulation line is pelletized directly after cooling, and then sent to the storage silo by a blower, without the problem of broken filaments.
  8. Above the pelletizing line barrel, there are drains and vacuum pumps, drainage exhaust, to ensure the quality of the particles.
