Introduction:

Features:

Hot washing machine, mainly used for cleaning PET bottles after crushing. Electric heating and steam heating can be selected according to the industrial environment around the customer. The detergent powder is added to the water. With the stirring shaft, the bottles and water rotate at the same time The chips rub against each other, and the impurities and dirt attached to them are quickly peeled off to achieve hot cleaning.

The contact part of the hot washing machine is made of stainless steel, which does not rust and does not pollute the material being cleaned. The design adopts semi-automatic control. No adjustment is required during production. Due to the different degrees of cleaning of bottle flakes, the bottle flakes will be taken away during washing In order to not affect the cleaning effect, in order to not affect the washing effect, add an appropriate amount of alkali according to the washliness of the bottle flakes. This machine is used in conjunction with high-speed friction washing. Within the main unit, recycling reduces the loss of alkali, water and heat.
