Description

Compact machine plastic pelletizing line for PP PE film, bag, fiber material with single screw

The compacting machine for plastic granulator is an embedded "agglomeration machine" for cutting, solid plastic film, woven bags and other soft plastics. Through the pretreatment of compactors, higher yields than forced feeding can be achieved

The compactor has a cutter plate at the bottom. When the plastic pelletizing production line is started, the cutter plate rotates at a high speed, the friction generates heat, the plastic is slightly plasticized, and it enters the extruder along the flow path. Compact machine wall is equipped with a fixed knife, can cut plastics in high-speed rotation, in addition to a cooling device to prevent the pan temperature is too high due to the paste pot

The upper lid of the compactor can be opened by hydraulic power. When the compactor needs to be cleaned, it can be opened and cleaned.

The compact machine is also equipped with a window with a searchlight that can keep an eye on the situation of the material in the pan.
