Product description :

Plastic film squeezing granulator machine is very popular in plastic film recycle area, it can add cutter after screw, so that can achieve dryer and cutter in one unit.

The complete film recycling machine include belt conveyor, crusher, friction washer, floating washer, friction washer, floating washer then dehydration machine, film squeezing cutter.

300/500/1000kg/h capacity for your choice.

Features :

  • Plastic PE film dehydration machine which takes advanced Italian techniques as reference, especially the screw

pressing dewatering design.

  • used Plastic PE film squeezer granulator is used for drying washed film and make it like granules. After film squeezing machine the granules can put into extruder directly.
  • used Plastic film squeezer dewatering machine save 3 machines after washing line. Save one dewatering machine, one drying system, and one agglomerator. It almost saved 200kw for one line.
  • The final moisture content is below 2%
