Plastic PE film extruding, plasticizing and pelletizing machine 160KW 1000kg/h

The squeezing and granulating integrated machine developed by SUZHOU STPLAS integrates the functions of a dehydrator, a dryer, and a pelletizing machine, which simplifies the process of squeezing and granulating film woven bags. The machine adopts electromagnetic heating, which can quickly heat up. Stable, greatly saving the cost of electric energy and machine investment, and improving production efficiency. After the membrane material woven bag is crushed and cleaned, there is a lot of water content. Granulation with water has relatively high requirements for the heating system of the machine, the motor load is large, the output is low, the granulator equipment is difficult to operate normally and stably, and the economic benefit is low. Our company specially developed an all-in-one extruding and granulating machine for this kind of water-washed film material. The machine adopts the principle of extruding dehydration and granulation. Plastic film (including plastic film, plastic agricultural film mulch, PP woven bag, snake skin bag, space bag) , Ton bags, thin sheets of waste plastics, etc.) After cleaning, the water can be quickly squeezed clean and pelletized.
